Sue at the desk is so nice. The other pet owners there were very friendly. The beds were comfy, the fridge and the ice machine worked, hot coffee in the morning. Convenient affordable and you get what they say.

Rooms was clean and staff was professional.

We were a little apprehensive about picking the hotel because we had never heard of it before and it was the start of our anniversary celebration. It was an amazing stay even though it was only one night. Love the food court that was attached. Johnny Rockets was tasty and nostalgic! Would definitely go back to this hotel!!

Kitchen staff & breakfast were exceptional

I’ve stayed at Host Inn All Suites several times and it’s usually a nice, reliable place to go, but this visit had a few issues. The room was spacious and I appreciated the new couch in the living area, but there were roaches in both the bedroom and kitchen. I ended up having to go out and buy roach spray and oils to try to keep them away, and other family members saw roaches in their rooms as well. The property is clearly trying to update things, and some improvements are noticeable, but other areas still need attention. The staff was friendly throughout my stay. I did have to leave early due to a medical emergency and wasn’t able to get refunded for the unused night, but the interactions themselves were positive. The location is convenient with stores nearby, though during this stay there was some police activity and I saw someone urinate outside — something I haven’t experienced here before. Despite the issues, I still felt comfortable letting my niece and nephew move between rooms on their own, and the amenities like table tennis and the pool table were nice to have. I'm disappointed that the experience didn't live up to what I expected.
